Self Care
Self-care is the ability to complete activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Sensory
Sensory processing is the ability to understand the information received from our senses and produce the desired behavior.

Visual perception is the ability to see, interpret, analyze, and give meaning to the visual information within our environment.
Motor
Motor skills look at the control and coordination of muscles in the arms and hands for object handling.
What is Occupational Therapy?
OT provides therapy by utilizing everyday activities such as self-care skills, handwriting, vocational training, etc. to increase school, play, work, and leisure skills.

Yes, we have over 10 years of experience working with children with Autism and sensory integration deficits.
How long does a therapy session take?
A therapy session usually takes 30-60 minutes depending on the goals that are being addressed.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept various insurance carriers as well as Medicaid. Private pay is also available in the absence of insurance. Obtain more information by scheduling a phone consultation.
How do you complete an evaluation and how long does it take?
We use a variety of assessment tools during our evaluations which average approximately one hour; however, the assessment tool and time may vary depending on your child’s needs.
